TaiYang motorized transfer car is a system made to create a transition between conveyors. Positioned in an alley between conveyors, the transfer car moves laterally to create a transition between two out-of-line conveyors. Operated manually or automatically, the car is equipped with a multi-sensor security system or with a laser system to prevent collisions.
Different executions for stack transport in the intermediate storage and to the converting machines are available.
Transfer cars with one conveyor
The fully-automatic transfer car is available with one conveyor to transport one loads in one transport cycle.
Transfer car with two conveyors
Moreover, the transfer car can be provided with two conveyors to transport two different loads in one transport cycle. This capacity makes it possible to handle the increasing transport volumes of modern machine lines.
